By creating an account or using Creosphere ("the service"), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Creosphere lets content creators build a public media kit, connect social accounts, see analytics and receive collaboration offers from brands. Features may change over time.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the content you publish on your media kit.
• You must have the right to connect any social account you link.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to upload misleading data, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to display it as part of your public media kit. Statistics fetched from third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms' terms.

5. Third-party platforms

Connecting Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube is subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for changes they make to their APIs or for data they provide.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
