Creosphere ("we", "the platform") helps content creators (micro-influencers) build a public media kit and manage their social accounts. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed).
• Social account data: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, we access public profile information and statistics (username, follower count, engagement, reach, views) via the official APIs of Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Authorization tokens: OAuth access tokens for connected platforms, stored encrypted and used only to fetch your metrics.
• Media kit content: bio, category, pricing and other content you enter.
• Offers: contact details and messages that brands submit through your public media kit.
• Technical data: minimal logs needed for security and operation.

2. How we use your data

• To display your public media kit and statistics to brands.
• To generate analytics and strategy insights for you.
• To deliver collaboration offers from brands to you.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.

3. Third-party platforms

We use the official APIs of Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok and Google (YouTube) to retrieve your statistics. Your use of these connections is also subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies. We never post on your behalf and never sell your data.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, its tokens are deleted. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed (see Data Deletion).

5. Your rights

Under applicable law (incl. Turkey's KVKK and the GDPR where relevant) you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies & storage

We use only essential local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
