Data Deletion

You can delete the data Creosphere holds about you at any time. Choose whichever applies:
Disconnect a social account
In your panel, go to Social Media Accounts and remove a connected account. Its authorization tokens and fetched metrics for that platform are deleted immediately.
Delete your whole account
To permanently delete your account and all associated personal data (profile, media kit, social connections, offers), send a request from your registered email address to info@creosphere.online with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once completed.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone) and password.
- All social account connections and stored OAuth tokens.
- Your media kit content and pricing.
- Offers received through your public page.
